Summary

Installing the payment plugin takes just a matter of few minutes.

Once you've purchased a licence, or registered to download the free version, you will find the latest version of the plugin on the "downloads" tab in your "my profile" section of the site.

The package (a .zip file) contains all of the necessary files to perform the installation and will be recognised by Joomla!.

NOTE: There is no requirement to uncompress the package first.

Installation

Once you've downloaded the plugin file, go to your Joomla! administrator control panel and:

• Select from the top menu: Extensions -> Extension Manager -> Install
• Click on Upload Package File Choose File button
• Select the plg_j2store_payment_bitcoin.zip (that you just downloaded) from your local drive.
• Click the Upload & Install button.

NOTE: Bitcopay.uk plugins do not require you to uninstall them prior to updating or adding new associated extensions.

You can simply install and the package will determine if it requires to update your currently installed version.

Post Installation

The plugin will be enabled during the installation process. A disabled plugin after installation may be an indication of failure of the process and care should be taken to ensure correct operation of the plugin.

You will receive notification of the success of the installation, and messages regarding any problems experienced during the installation.
